The following terms and conditions are for Paintman Paint Gift Cards which can be purchased here

1. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
2. Gift Cards can be redeemed for any item available at Paintman Paint Ltd, subject to stock availability
3. Gift Cards are not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.
4. Gift Cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient.
5. Paintman Paint Ltd is not liable for any gift cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
6. If the purchase value exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the remaining balance must be paid by another form of payment.
7. Any unused balance will not be returned or credited.
8. Gift Cards cannot be used to gift cards.
9. Paintman Paint Ltd reserves the right to cancel this certificate if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
10. Paintman Paint Ltd reserves the right to cancel any Gift Certificate obtained fraudulently.
11. In the event of a business closure or transition, outstanding certificates may be subject to cancellation.
12. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

14. All Gift Cards will expire 12 months after issue.
15. No cash refunds will be provided for unused portions of this Gift Certificate.
