Frequently Asked Questions
How long is your delivery turnaround?
Do you ship worldwide?
Shipments to countries in the EU require a minimum order of £135 ex VAT.
We can not ship to the USA or New Zealand.
Please be aware all international orders are sent out DAP (Delivered At Place). This means you will be subject to local customs and taxes when the parcel arrives in your country.
You will receive notification from the carrier of any VAT or Duty levied by the destination country, this will need to be paid prior to delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping price and are payable by the customer.
If for any reason the fees are not paid and goods returned, the customer will be liable for all shipping costs
How much paint do I need?
When spraying, Coach Enamel covers around 10sqm per litre (one coat). We recommend doing around 2 full coats.
From these you can work out the approximate amount of paint you require. It is always better to over estimate in case of any mistakes/touch-ups needed.
Why is there a shipping charge?
If I don't order all my paint in one go, will it all be the same shade?
All of our tints are organically sourced. This can mean that batch to batch variation can occur. Particularly when paint is purchased with more than a few months in-between.
We always recommend purchasing all of your paint in one go and ordering enough paint so that there is some left over!

A 13% re-stock fee on goods will apply in all cases.
You will be entitled to your choice of an exchange or a full refund of the cost of the goods via the original payment method. If the goods are a non-stock special order, they are non returnable.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returns carriage for unwanted goods. We cannot accept responsibility for goods in returns transit and so we recommend that you use an insured method.
What temperature can I paint in?
The lower the temperature, the higher amount of damp in the air which could cause microbubbling / blistering. We would recommend painting at the warmest and driest time of the day, at around midday, when the weather is colder.
Another useful thing to know when painting in colder conditions inside a workshop, is the use of paraffin or calor gas heaters should be avoided as these create water vapour.
